Description

The town of Echt was confronted with a stagnation of footfall and retail spending in its centre and its potential was unclear. Foruminvest proposed the realisation of a new shopping circuit by making a direct connection with the main shopping street. As part of this plan, two supermarkets relocated from the outskirts of the town to the new Ursulinehof shopping centre. The relocation of the two supermarkets, combined with a wider range of retail outlets and a new, smoothly operating infrastructure with plentiful parking facilities have resulted in a sharp increase in the number of visitors to Echt. The central Limburg region has now discovered that Echt really does have a lot more to offer.
