Foruminvest Italia expands hospitality portfolio with TRIBE Milano LinateForuminvest Italia has acquired an 11,070 sqm development site adjacent to Milan Linate “Enrico Forlanini” Airport, further strengthening its position in the Italian hospitality real estate market.
The site will be developed into TRIBE Milano Linate, a four-star hotel comprising 279 rooms. The project marks the second TRIBE Hotel development in Italy by Foruminvest, following the opening of TRIBE Milano Malpensa in 2024.
Strategically located in Segrate, the development benefits from excellent connectivity and accessibility. Milan Linate Airport and the M4 metro line are in the immediate vicinity, providing a direct connection to Milan’s city centre in under 15 minutes. The location also offers convenient access to the Tangenziale Est (A51) and the wider Lombardy motorway network.
Designed to serve both international and domestic business and leisure travellers, TRIBE Milano Linate will combine contemporary hospitality with a comprehensive range of facilities. The hotel will feature a fitness centre, meeting facilities, co-working spaces, a restaurant, a panoramic rooftop pool and approximately 140 parking spaces.
With its combination of airport proximity, direct public transport connections and strong road accessibility, the development is well positioned to benefit from Milan’s continued importance as one of Europe’s leading business and leisure destinations.
Construction is currently underway, with completion and opening scheduled for Q1 2028.
