Description
Foruminvest is collaborating with Hurks to develop 20 homes in Tuinenrijk, a part of the popular De Groote Wielen neighbourhood in Den Bosch. This new neighbourhood is located a short distance from both the beaches of the Waterplas lake and the new De Groote Wielen neighbourhood shopping centre.The name 'Tuinenrijk' speaks for itself. The neighbourhood is designed as a green oasis, built around a number of large green courtyards. Meandering walking paths connect the courtyards with each other and with adjacent neighbourhoods, creating a pleasant living environment with abundant green spaces.
The homes are being developed according to the Dutch BENG standard (Nearly Energy Neutral Building) and are all equipped with an air-to-water heat pump and solar panels. The 20 homes in this sub-project include various types of houses, ranging from beautifully designed terraced and end-of-terrace houses to very spacious semi-detached houses.
Sales began in March 2024. Construction is expected to start in the third quarter of 2024, with completion anticipated in the third quarter of 2025.
