What a wonderful completion

After a construction period of only 16 months, we have completed our new hotel ‘ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy.’ The project has been handed over turn-key, including FF&E, to our tenant HR Group, who is committed to a long-term lease. In collaboration with Accor, HR Group, BOBgroep bouw & ontwikkeling, de Architekten Cie., Mulderblauw architecten, and our own design team ‘Forum Concept & Design,’ this hotel has been designed down to the smallest detail, both in terms of interior and exterior. We are very grateful to the Gemeente Rotterdam and Rotterdam Ahoy for their pleasant and professional cooperation.
