Foruminvest doubles down – the new Milan Linate Hotel will also be a TRIBE

Foruminvest Italia announces that its new hotel in Segrate, in the vicinity of Milan Linate “Enrico Forlanini” Airport, will operate under the TRIBE brand. The four-star, 279-room property will be the second TRIBE hotel in Italy, following the first opened in Malpensa in 2024.

The property will be managed under a long lease by AMAPA, a leading Italian white label operator. Building on its extensive experience and the success of the TRIBE Malpensa, Amapa is confirmed as a trusted partner for Foruminvest on this new project.

The hotel is being developed to nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) construction standards and will be LEED Gold certified. These standards ensure a significant reduction in energy consumption and carbon emissions, contributing to a more sustainable hospitality offering in the Milan Linate area.

Construction began in Q3 2026, with the hotel set to open in Q1 2028.

Foruminvest was assisted in the operator selection by trusted advisor Fortvny and lawfirm SOLVING for the Lease Agreement, whereas the legal assistance for the Construction Agreement with General Contractor BRB Group was provided by Ashurst Perkins Coie, while Gruppo BD was appointed for the architectural design and technical management, and RIZOMA Architetture for the interior design.
