Foruminvest Group developed this complex with 276 apartments, of which 80% are in the mid-rental segment. <\/p>\n\n<p>In collaboration with the Municipality of Amstelveen, the project became a national pilot for the City Deal Electric Shared Mobility. The cars can be used at a favourable rate by all residents. Additionally, the location serves as a &#8216;neighbourhood hub,&#8217; allowing residents from the neighbourhood to also use the shared cars.
