Foruminvest, Hart van Zuid, the Municipality of Rotterdam and Rotterdam Ahoy recently underwrote an agreement for the realization of a Hotel project of 250 rooms, to be developed on the land of Ahoy. The Hotel is expected to inaugurate in 2022.<\/p>\n
Such Hotel development will become integral part of the broader area under development promoted by Hart van Zuid. Foruminvest, through this development project, will be responding to the growing demand for hotel rooms in the Rotterdam region, as well as supporting the rapidly expanding Ahoy neighborhood, together with the new Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Center and the Music and Theater Hall RTM Stage.<\/p>\n
