The Shopping Center comprises 31.000 m2 and will be opened in March 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The development includes a shopping mall of 31.000 m2 and 1.800 (partially underground) parking spaces and is located on the east side (Via Prenestina) of the internal ring road of Rome.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00b4Gran Roma\u00b4 Shopping Center will have 98 units with major international brands such as ZARA, H&amp;M, MediaWorld (MediaMarkt), Cisalfa (Intersport), Maison du Monde, Pull&amp;Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Flying Tiger, Calzedonia, Sephora and numerous famous national and local names such as Tezenis, Zuiki and Kasanova.<\/p>\n<p>The design of \u2018Gran Roma\u2019 is characterized by a contemporary, modern architecture with respect for its surroundings. The shopping center consists of two retail levels and has a strong and clear shopping circuit, including a grand atrium and large foodcourt at +1 level. Wide and spacious passages with large voids allow optimal visibility and interaction between the two levels.
