Ahoy Hotel

Description

Foruminvest developed a 250-room hotel next to the Ahoy convention centre in Rotterdam. This is a hotel operated by an international chain, serving both the business and leisure markets. The hotel is part of the major area development Hart van Zuid. With this development, Foruminvest is responding to the growing demand for hotel rooms in Rotterdam and the expansion of Ahoy, including the addition of the new Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre, a Pathé cinema and the RTM Stage music and theatre venue. The hotel will open for business in 2023.
